Established in 2010, Lowham Walsh is an engineering and environmental consulting company specializing in applied hydrologic science, environmental, and engineering analyses. Lowham Walsh is owned by former employees of Lowham Engineering LLC and by Walsh Environmental Scientists & Engineers, LLC, a company of Ecology and Environment, Inc.
