Lowham Walsh LLC is experienced with assisting industries in the United States comply with federal, state, and local air pollution regulations, including the federal Clean Air Act. Lowham Walsh LLC, and our parent companies Walsh and E&E, have completed hundreds of permit applications to construct, modify, and operate air emission sources ranging from process vents to incinerators. Our engineers, air quality scientists, and legal analysts work together to remain alert to changing regulatory requirements. By managing resources and planning permit acquisition strategies carefully, we are able to maximize overall cost efficiency for any given project. We are also experienced in supervising and interpreting stack tests.

EXPERIENCE WITH WYOMING DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY, AIR QUALITY DIVISION (WDEQ)
For nine years, Lowham Walsh’s air quality engineer, Nicholas Czarnecki, P.E worked in the WDEQ’s Air Quality Division. During his time with the WDEQ, he completed 187 facility inspections across a wide variety of industrial sources including natural gas compressor stations, sour gas sweetening, natural gas liquids extraction, coal mines, soda ash production facilities, and natural gas production sites.
