Lowham Engineering was established in 1997 as a consulting engineering firm specializing in applied hydrologic science and engineering analysis in hydrology and water resources. Reestablished in 2010 as Lowham Walsh LLC through an asset purchase by Walsh Environmental LLC and former employees of Lowham Engineering, the two companies have merged resources to provide a wide range of environmental services throughout the western U.S.
