Andrew Strike, General Manager
Mr. Strike has eleven years of experience in managing technical projects in the State as a private consultant.  Andy began surveying, designing, and permitting reservoirs for Federal Water Management Plans in the Powder River Basin as a contractor for Lowham Engineering LLC in 2000, and in 2005 he hired on full-time in Lowham’s Lander office, where he began managing operations. Andy was appointed as General Manager of Lowham Walsh LLC in 2010, and is responsible for day-to-day operations, contract administration, and client contact. He also performs project management for a multitude of ongoing activities, including: reservoir design, irrigation infrastructure analysis, geotechnical investigations, water-management solutions, streambank revetment, and reclamation.
