Bill Murphy, Survey Technician
Mr. Murphy has been a part of the Lowham Walsh team for seven years.  He is responsible for reservoir siting and survey, and commonly assists in reservoir design. Bill conducts a variety of other field work related to water resource projects, and participates in the Streamgaging Program as well, collecting data and installing and maintaining equipment.
