Harry Kessner, P.E., P.L.S., Civil/Geotechnical Engineer, Surveyor
Mr. Kessner received a B.S. degree in civil engineering from the University of Wyoming in 1972.  He recently retired as owner/president of Aspen Mountain, Inc. Engineering and Surveying Services with offices in Rock Springs, Gillette and Sheridan, Wyoming.  His 40 plus years of engineering and surveying experience is broad, and includes engineering management of two large divisions of the Union Pacific Railroad and ownership and management of an engineering and surveying consulting firm.  Harry’s professional expertise includes geotechnical engineering and foundation design.
