Nicholas Czarnecki, P.E., Air Quality Engineer
Mr. Czarnecki is a professional engineer with over 11 years of experience.  For nine years, he worked in the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality’s Division of Air Quality.  In this role, Mr. Czarnecki was responsible for performing technical tasks related to the air quality compliance program within the southwest district of Wyoming, by applying engineering principles and concepts to inspect and evaluate a wide variety of industrial processes and emission control equipment to ensure air quality requirements were met.
