Regis Michelena, P.E.
Mr. Michelena is a Professional Engineer with a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Wyoming and five years of experience in the office, field, and lab. He has designed numerous access roads, pads, pits and reservoirs for the coalbed natural gas industry in Wyoming; performed construction oversight and nuclear density and moisture testing on several pits and reservoirs; conducted soils and concrete testing for projects ranging from residential foundation analysis to power plant construction; and provided on engineering design and analysis for various hydraulic, hydrologic, geotechnical, and construction projects.
