Thomas Wilkinson, Project Engineer
Mr. Wilkinson received his B.S. in electrical engineering from the University of Wyoming and later minored in secondary education with an emphasis on basic and advanced mathematics at Eastern Oregon State College, in LaGrande, Oregon. Prior to joining Lowham Walsh LLC (LWLLC), he spent nearly ten years in the technical industry designing navigation equipment, developing instruction manuals, providing technical support and quality assurance, and designing and programming test equipment. Tom currently manages all GIS analysis and mapping and is the lead for projects through a major oil and gas company in the Powder River Basin area in Wyoming. He also lends his professional skills to the bonding reservoirs through various state and federal agencies, the development of federal water management plans, and conducts water rights and reservoir data searches to recommend the best options available to clients.
